Welcome to the first issue of our magazine, HomeCool Kids! We launched it during Lockdown 1 to share our experiences of this pandemic in a fun and creative way. I wrote my first column called “Confessions of a Homeschooled Kid” which is a humourous and sometimes sarcastic spin on homeschooling. The cover picture was shot in our back garden with me and my brother posing for it. The inspiration for the rainbow smiley faces came from all the rainbows adorning the windows all over the UK.
